God always was, and in the beginning of everything he was already there, and it was He that created everything, according to the Bible. Soon after God created the world and all that was in it and declared it good, there appeared a fly in the ointment of perfection, and it came in the form of a serpent in the Garden of Eden. The serpent was up to no good. He had a plan to trip up this whole beautiful situation. He came to Eve and asked her the question that he has been asking people ever since. "Did God really say?" That question along with the snakes' seemingly "perfectly logical reasoning" has confused many for centuries. "Did God really say, you shall not eat from every tree of the garden?"
