  Talk about a great privilege!  God invites us to be in His inner circle! He wants us to know His heart on all things. His view, His way, His truth!!
 Who with great power or wealth or clout do you know that would do that?  Who would be so humble to reach down to our level to bring us into such a place of wisdom.
 Only God.
 No  ruler...
No president...
No king...
  But our God,  the great I AM does that for us. He comes  to us. He doesn't have to do that.
But because of His great love, he has done that. He has invited us to know Him.

  Our religion is unique in the aspect that instead of us having to ascend in perfection  to a god that is so far out of reach ;
                                                 our  God has made a "Way"to us!
                                          Jesus came, and has made us right with God...
                                                        If only we believe.
                                              He has invited us over and over to:
 "Taste and see that the  Lord is good. Blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him."  Psalm 34:8

Knowing this, we should always value Gods Word, recognizing that it is our most valued earthly possession because its Gods revelation of Himself, and His instructions for us as his beloved children.

Following His commands is more than just external rule keeping. It involves our hearts  actions, and attitudes. When we recognize  His goodness, we come to realize how blest it is to be called his children, our hearts change and we become more like Him.

How good God is to let us in on all the secrets to a fulfilled, satisfying life.

In our world, self sufficiency is highly praised.  But that is not how God has designed us. He has
created us to seek and to depend on Him.
    " Take my yoke upon you, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light" are words Jesus spoke to his followers.

 He knows us best.
 He  loves us most.
 He loves us to succeed.
 He's "in our corner, " as they say. He wants our best life.

This life has its ups and downs, and challenges, but it is a great life knowing that we have a God that is LOVE and all His goodness and counsel reflect that fact.


                                                 And that my friend, is why we love Him so much!

                                          " We love Him, because He first loved us."" 1John 4:19

 Many times  I have said to myself, or even my husband, " I take that personal."
when God is doing something, like even a simple breeze on a hot summer day.: I take a lot of things personally as something that God is showing me or doing for me.
Maybe  next time you pick up your Bible,  you  will remember that it is filled with Gods proof of His love; delve into it, find out what He has for your life, a life of fellowship with Him,
                                          Do take it  personal...

The BEST Part of Waking Up is.....

 The first thing I do after waking up and brushing my teeth is trudge to the kitchen and start filling the coffeepot with water and putting coffee in the basket to brew.  After a couple of minutes I fill my cup. For some reason my coffee is never hot enough, it looks right, but as I touch it to my lips, nope...  it has the mere essence of coffee, but is not anything I would drink or offer to anyone else in that blah state. The Cone of Shame

 Recently, our Golden Retriever, Angel,hurt herself. Somehow, she ended up with a puncture on her neck. I noticed it because she was scratching her neck and there was blood on the floor.    I investigated and found a wound. "What happened girl that you have this hole here?" and looking at it closer, I said to her "you cannot be scratching this, or it will get infected." It was already looking pretty nasty. She had a compulsion to keep scratching so I decided that a trip to the farm store was in order. Thankfully they had exactly what I had in mind. There, hanging on the wall was a large assortment of cone shaped covers that could be fitted around her neck. Here, I felt was the answer, to keep her from effectively scratching her neck.  So, once I got back home, I went to her and put it on her. I can only imagine what she must have thought. Soveriegn Citizens

 One day my husband and I were watching youtube. We do that every now and then to see news, or comedy or instructions on fixing something.  Anyway, when we did that, an array of suggestions came up. This time a sovereign citizen video came up. We wondered "what is that about?" and clicked on the video. In the video, it started out with a police officer walking up to a car that he had pulled over for a traffic violation. The driver rolled down the window and ask the officer, "Why did you stop me??"  The officer replied," you were speeding, going 50 and 35  mile per hour zone."  Then the the officer added, " I need to see your driver's license and proof of insurance please." Driver: " I don't have  to show you anything; I don't have a driver license or insurance but I don't need either one." Police officer:" Yes, you do ma'am.You need to show me your driver's license and proof insurance. It's the law....
